Refund policy

• Exchanges or refunds are offered for pieces purchased through the website within 28 days of receipt.
• Items that have been engraved or specially altered at your request (not including ring sizes, bracelet sizes or chain lengths) and Sale items unfortunately cannot be returned.
• Items must be returned in the condition sold and in original packaging. Unfortunately, there is no refund or exchange on bespoke items.
• Recommendations for returning items are to use an insured and reliable postal service as items are your responsibility until they reach me. I do not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in return transit.
